Orders are subject to process within 1-3 business days. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

We do not ship packages to P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced.
Tracking Orders
Standard Orders are subject to a 1-3 day processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number.
Locating your Package
Packages are classified as "lost" if it has been more than 15 business days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. We are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed, lost, stolen, or where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
All packages are packaged as securely as possible, however, it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated in transit.
